One thing you have to be mindful about when you’re driving an EV: range! Now, range differs from driver to driver, vehicle to vehicle, but there are a few hard and fast rules about range that will help you as you navigate through your day. Using the heat or AC a lot will drain your battery and decrease your range, while slower, steadier driving will generally improve your range. Another thing to be aware of as an EV driver: charging. When you pull up to charge your vehicle, it’s important to wait your turn and not unplug another person’s car.
