If you have hands-on experience in car and light truck repair, specializing in Heating and Air Conditioning, drivability, electrical and electronic system diagnostics and repair, engine and transmission operation, and general vehicle repair, we want you on our team. Automotive repair program graduates are also encouraged to apply!

While Ford certification or prior dealer experience is a plus, we're open to training individuals with the right qualifications or work experience. We're especially interested in individuals who appreciate the value of top-notch work and want to contribute to a service department with a stellar reputation across southern Indiana.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Experience in car and light truck repair or graduate of an automotive repair program.

Proficiency in Heating and Air Conditioning, drivability, electrical and electronic system diagnostics and repair, engine and transmission operation, and general vehicle repair.

Ford certification or prior dealer experience is advantageous.

Strong communication skills and thorough documentation of repairs.

Utilization of OEM information systems.

Average of 48 hours per week.
