Service Body Specifications:
- Base Configuration: 1-ton service body with 52" tall galvannealed compartments, reinforced floors, and clean-out drains. Features 3/16" aluminum doors with automotive seals, three-point D-ring latches, and gas spring door holders. Compartment tops and backs are 14-gauge steel. The body measures 11.083 feet in length with a 44" x 21" wheel well opening, including skirting, a front bulkhead, and safety yellow grab handles (quantity and placement vary by design).
- Crane Reinforcement: Short tower reinforcement for MTS 1 or 2-ton cranes (up to 45,100 ft-lbs), with the crane located on the curb side.
- Factory Installation: Professionally installed on the chassis. For 2-ton chassis, OEM switches are utilized, with additional Maintainer switches mounted on a separate bracket/panel (dash modification not included).
- Paint & Coating: Painted urethane white (11.083 feet), with primer, undercoating, and splatter coating on compartment interiors.
