We are accepting applications for a service advisor/consultant in our truck and trailer repair department. Applicant must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, technicians, manufacturers and insurance companies. Duties include scheduling customers for routine service, mechanical and emergency repair and utilizing information systems to make accurate time and cost estimates as well as preparing warranty claims for payment. Experience in the medium and heavy truck industry highly preferred but we are willing to train someone with the right communication skills and drive. Must be comfortable using computer, navigation of various web sites and quickly adapt to use of dealership management software.Â
