Here’s some news that will make you roll yours eyes and say, “Duh!”—the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor took home the fine designation of “Best Pickup Truck of 2017” from the folks over at Cars.com. It’s not that we aren’t appreciative of such an honor, we just figured, with a truck as fierce, powerful, and good-looking as the 2017 F-150 Raptor is, it would be difficult not to win top honors.

Here at Ruxer Ford Inc., we’re proud to be able to say that the 2017 Ford F-150 has earned the title “Best Buy” of the Year for Trucks Award from the folks over at Kelley Blue Book. Not only is this a huge honor, it’s not the first; the F-150 has earned this fine distinction twice before!

The Ford lineup is known for it’s big style, bold choices, and dependability. Starting with the 2015 model year, the Ford F-150 has saved weight and improved performance by switching out its steel body panels with military-grade aluminum. Now, those same weight-saving benefits are being engineered in to Ford's most powerful truck line, the F-Series Super Duty.

The 2017 Super Duty is set to make its debut in our Jasper inventory later this year. The weight shaved off with the new aluminum body panels and bed box will be added back on to bolster the strength of more crucial components.
